Bethesda Is Hiring for Next-Gen Game

Fallout 4? A new IP?

Brace yourselves, another Bethesda game is under development and its time to get excited! A job listing at Zenimax Careers states that the studio is looking for "experienced programmers to work on cutting-edge technology for an announced game on future-generation consoles". This could be a follow-up to a familiar RPG or another new IP, but we'll have to wait for a while until we know what's ahead.

The following is a list of the requirements for the job:

• At least 5 years of game development experience with multiple titles shipped
• Extensive experience programming and optimizing for the Xbox 360 and PS3
• Experience with DirectX 11 a plus
• Passion for making GREAT games, and being part of a GREAT team
• Ability to contribute innovative ideas towards all aspects of game development
• Must create amazing things with minimal oversight
• Experience playing Bethesda Game Studios games a plus

We have no idea what they are planning and what they can be working on, but this is definitely something worth keeping an eye on. Stay tuned here and we'll keep you updated on the subject. I'm crossing my fingers for a Fallout 4!
